Description and Requirements
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Responsible for the countries of Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines
Build an ongoing partnership with segment sales leaders to understand business needs and sales strategies by business segments
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned to Business priorities and initiatives
Work with agency to develop digital led / always on end-to-end marketing campaign to drive new customers acquisitions, lead generations and brand awareness
Identify growth opportunities and partner with sales teams to strategically cultivate new markets
Work closely with both business and alliance partners to drive partner marketing campaign
Report on performance of Marketing activity to senior stakeholders, to demonstrate the impact of Marketing initiatives on engagement and revenue.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Degree holder, preferably in marketing and very strong in executing integrated digital campaign
Experience of B2B Data Center Technology Marketing is a must
Experience in Account Based Marketing is a plus
At least 5 years working experience in Enterprise/B2B marketing with strong background in content marketing
Regional experiences in APAC marketing is a plus
Logical and analytical thinking coupled with strong communication and presentation skills
Sensitive and strong in figures, cautious and attentive to details
Fast learner; must be a taskmaster, ability to multi-task and work at a fast pace
The ability to perform independently, hands on and to work well in a team environment
Excellent English (written and oral) is a must.
Energetic, passionate with a bubbling personality
