Description
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Project Manager to join our team. As a Lead Project Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient execution of projects, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, and driving improvements based on project evaluations. This role also involves overseeing project portfolios and ensuring their alignment with business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently execute projects in collaboration with service line leaders, staff, and cross-functional teams.
Manage and track project plans, milestones, and progress using appropriate tools.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget by coordinating and allocating internal resources.
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in conjunction with stakeholders.
Facilitate both in-person and virtual meetings to encourage project completion.
Create, manage, and maintain project documentation, including training materials and user manuals.
Build and sustain relationships with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
Delegate tasks based on team strengths and experience, while managing project risks and changes.
Conduct post-project evaluations, track success, and implement necessary improvements.
Set up and enforce project governance frameworks.
Supervise the project portfolio to ensure alignment with business goals.
Develop and implement KPIs for tracking and reporting project performance.
Improve project execution efficiency and manage change control processes.
Maintain a risk register to identify and mitigate risks.
Participate in the change management committee.
Requirements • Applicant must possess strong skills in Change Management, capable of guiding and overseeing shifts in company processes and strategies.
• PMP Certification is required, demonstrating a proven understanding and proficiency in project management principles.
• Proficiency in Power BI is necessary to aid in the analysis, visualization, and sharing of business information.
• Mastery of Microsoft Excel is essential for data management and analysis, including the ability to create complex formulas and generate detailed reports.
• Experience in managing project plans is a must, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Knowledge and understanding of HITRUST standards and practices are required for maintaining data privacy and security in healthcare-related projects.
• Ability to implement and uphold governance structures and processes to ensure project alignment with organizational strategy and goals. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
