JOB REQUIREMENTS: - Maintain records of financial transactions by
establishing accounts; posting transactions; ensuring legal requirements
compliance - Maintain historical records by filing documents - Prepare
financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account
information and trends - Record day-to-day financial transactions and
completing the posting process - Process accounts receivable/payable and
invoices and handle payroll in a timely manner - Handle phone calls with
vendors/bankers - Work with an accountant firm when necessary - Help as

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: - Use hands, listen and communicate
verbally - Stand/sit for 8-hour shift - Able to read and write in

keyboarding skills - Proven ability to manage deadlines, prioritize, and
