JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible to the Program Manager to assist and work
with Energy Auditors to perform on-site analysis / testing of
residential dwellings and their mechanical systems to: identify cost
effective measures for reducing energy consumption; accurately estimate
the type, quantity and cost of materials required to effectively
weatherize an eligible dwelling unit; and prepare clearly written work
orders for work crews or contractors according to CAI policies and State
of Wisconsin Weatherization Program rules and requirements. The goal of
this position will be to become familiar with the knowledge, skills and
tools required of an Energy Auditor and to complete the necessary course
work to become an Energy Auditor within 1.5-2 years. Education and
training are at the expense of the agency. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND

maintain certifications that are required by the State of Wisconsin
Weatherization Program to become a Certified Energy Auditor within
