JOB REQUIREMENTS: Responsible to the Program Manager to perform on-site
analysis / testing of residential dwellings and their mechanical systems
to: identify cost effective measures for reducing energy consumption;
accurately estimate the type, quantity and cost of materials required to
effectively weatherize an eligible dwelling unit; and prepare clearly
written work orders for work crews or contractors according to CAI
policies and State of Wisconsin Weatherization Program rules and
requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the

the State of Wisconsin for this position. Communicate with property
owners and clients to gain understanding and support for the actions and
activities that will be recommended to improve the building\'s energy

as blower doors, manometers, combustion analyzers, air flow testers,
etc. and ability to articulate results and suggested solutions in
