(RVCP) has the opportunity for you! This is a state-certified clinical
position providing outpatient substance use disorder and mental health
treatment, including medication-assisted therapy to clients residing in
RVCP\'s Residential Re-entry Program. Re-entry is an opportunity for
those transitioning from criminal justice housing to the community. This
includes serving adults under the Wisconsin Department of Corrections
and the Federal Bureau of Prisons supervision. Utilizing your
professional skills to guide primarily adult males through our
residential treatment program to regain life skills and momentum to
succeed in their home communities. Minimal Educational Requirement:
Master\'s degree Credentials Required: DSPS of Wisconsin- SAC-IT, SAC,
CSAC, LPC-IT, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. About the Role: Office-type setting
that functions similarly to a clinic but within a residential setting.
Residential Treatment Program delivers behavioral and clinical
programming to adult males involved in criminal justice and re-entry.
Treatment modalities include a Matrix Model, CBT, Motivational
Interviewing, and trauma-informed care. Treatment focuses on substance
use, mental health, and criminogenic needs. Multi-disciplinary staffing
held weekly for continuity of care and collaboration with the case
management team. Clinical skills require provisions of Biopsychosocial
assessments, Treatment Planning, DSM diagnosing, and ASAM criteria
completion. Therapy modalities include groups, Individuals, and family
sessions. Supervision hours provided on the job weekly. Non-profit
agency, which qualifies for most federal student loan forgiveness plans.
