About your new role: Our 2nd shift Production Supervisor will coordinate, direct, and be actively involved in the daily activities of the production floor. They will train and develop employees through established methods, maintaining uniformity of policy and procedures throughout all of manufacturing. As well as ensuring operations achieve optimum levels of efficiency, quality, and have minimal losses of time and material. Our Production Supervisor is responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, disciplining and terminating employees assigned to them as needed. What you need: A minimum of a high school degree or equivalent Strong mechanical aptitude and ability Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong leadership skills and abilities Strong organizational skills Good math abilities Minimum 1-3 years previous supervisory experience or equivalent education/experience Ability to make decisions based on current conditions and historical information and provide explanation as to how/why the decision was made.
