Description:
• Update and maintain correct and accurate plans in accordance with current code requirements
• Utilize Revit and other programs to produce custom plans with attention to specification details
• Ensure when creating plans that all dimensions are 100% accurate
• Create concept plan sets during development & accurate construction plan sets for permits & production
• Resolve technical & design related issues in development or during production, & work to incorporate innovative, sustainable solutions for clients & community
• Process the design requirements and need of the builders
• Efficiently complete design of plans in a timely manner to met production schedule
• Ensure that structure requirements of all plans are efficient and 100% code compliant
• Remain up to date on all building codes
• Improving the functionality of an existing building or product
• Assist in the delivery and mailing of blueprints as needed
• Communicate with builders in a professional and respectful manner
• Maintain a safe work environment at all times
Skills:
Revit, Drafting, Architecture, Construction document
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination
• Proficient knowledge of Revit
