The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Must be able to support and assist the directors’ level, preferably in multinational companies.
Must have a higher level of public and private communication.
Must be able to support a teamwork environment with good relationship skills.
Must live in São Bernardo, Santo André, São Caetano, Diadema (ABC region), São Paulo (South zone)
Must be available to work at the office 3 days in a week at a minimum level.
Must be legally eligible to work in Brazil.
Compliance with all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
Education and/or Experience
Must have a university degree in areas such as: business, marketing, management, secretary or related areas.
Must have 5 years of experience in multinational companies, supporting directors and managers, with a higher level of autonomy and good transit with all organizational levels (production/commercial/business).
Language Skills
Ability to effectively communicate in Portuguese and English language verbally and in advanced level (interactions with other countries, meetings and emails).
Spanish language is desirable.
Computer Skills
Familiarity within Protheus system (desirable)
Familiar with Windows 365, Office Tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
