Job Description

This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for leading and implementing the Mondelez IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) program with the participation of all employees of the plant. You will create and maintain a Continuous Improvement culture, set directions, challenge and support the achievement of factory targets for loss reduction in the plant. What is more, you will be focused on achieving continuous and sustainable results in line with the global IL6S requirement, and thus benefit in terms of productivity and efficiency, taking into account short and long-term factory objectives.

You will support the development and execution of CI strategy for our plant in Jaroslaw.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build clear understanding of Integrated Lean Six Sigma process - support the business to improve existing processes and to create new ones to become most effective and efficient E2E (End to End), making best use of available resources using the CI / IL6S (Integrated Lean Six Sigma) methodology;

  • Drive and lead Continuous Improvement (CI) projects and initiatives to create a living culture 100% engagement that challenges the status quo and the behaviors of all plant employees within the organizationin order to deliver Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale;

  • Play a key role in the preparation, execution and follow-up of the Plant Roadmap;

  • Collaborate within the Region and CI / L6S and E2E Network as well as with CI Managers from other plants across categories and countries in order to communicate the global benchmarking methodology;

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Al least 6 years’ experience in Manufacturing or Engineering. Productivity management. IL6S and HPWS expertize (IWS / LEAN / TMP or alike). Working knowledge of improvement tools (productivity cycle, problem solving, CIL/CL/DH etc.);

  • Expertise in manufacturing optimization;

  • Idea leadership; strategic thinking abilities

  • Understanding of change management and the principles of redesign, be a change agent;

  • Great communication capability, motivation and listening skills;

  • Problem solving skills;

  • Ability to drive and sustain behavioral change through coaching and influencing;
