As a Product Analytics Manager, you will work directly with a cross-functional product team to deliver cross-channel digital interactions that delight, build connections, and deliver value to both customers and Ford.
What you'll do...
Support ad-hoc Metrics Report and Monitoring requests by developing optimized queries and data visualizations.
Support segmentation/demographic/behavioral causal analysis, develop hypothesis and design experimentation to positively impact mobile KPIs.
You will leverage data-driven insights to proactively identify most impactful opportunities, and inform future experimentation design and product roadmaps
Design, develop, and maintain automated, self-service systems/reports/dashboards at-scale.
Collaborate with other data scientists to model mobile attribution to overall Ford Customer Retention, loyalty and revenue.
Establish analytical framework for product development by partnering with product and engineering teams to define measurement approach, quantifying, and evaluating success, and developing KPIs for ongoing measurement and reporting.
Collaborate with product managers on experimentation design and planning as well as measuring the impact of the experiments.
Collaborate with social listening team, UX researchers and other cross-functional team to provide digestible customer sentiments and insights.
Support strategic decision by providing analytics and customer insights.
Collaborate with Product Managers, software engineering, data science, and data engineering partners to design and develop and evolve our analytic capabilities.
Navigate ambiguity to develop analytic solutions and shape work for junior team members
You'll have...
Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Analytics/Business Intelligence Engineering experience
Knowledge of product experimentation
Knowledge of data modeling
Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, R, Python or similar tools/languages
Experience in scripting for automation (e.g. Python) and advanced SQL skills.
Fluent in data analysis tools (esp. SQL and preferably Python/R), GCP/Hadoop, Tableau, experiment frameworks, and working across the full stack of data analysis (data engineering, ETL, data analytics, and data visualization).
Ability to analyze large datasets and use data to inform product or business decision making, with a track record of driving directly measurable product or business impact.
