Description:
We are a machine shop that serves: Harley Davidson, construction, mining, defense and agricultural industries
Will be a working Supervisory position
As a working supervisor they will be on the production floor 100% of the time.
They will be trained in running a machine and overseeing staff:
Responsibilities include interview participation, overseeing employee training; working with management to plan, assign, and direct work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Will be Supervising 12-15 employees in their machining department. Will supervise operators and machinist
Manifold department:
10.5 million worth of new machinery. Lots of Mazaks
15+ mazak machines: lathes and mills
More skilled machining: set ups, larger machines
3 story pallet automated machine that loads parts into machine: Massive and awesome machine!. 384 loaded tools in this machine. Very unique.
30-hour long runs for parts
