Position Overview: * The Maintenance Tech Trainee position is a six month paid training program* with direct supervisors on-site.

This is a full-time position where you will receive a combination of on-the-job, hands-on classroom, and on-demand training. After successful completion of the Maintenance Tech Training Program, you will be qualified for a full-time Maintenance Technician position.
Maintenance Tech Trainee Program tentatively beginning mid-March.
Skills you will acquire:
- Fair Housing Laws and Regulations- you will learn the Fair Housing laws and regulations as applied to Multifamily Property and Management Industry
- Resident Service and Emergency Procedures- you will gain an understanding of service-orientation and on-site emergence procedures
- Legal Compliance- understand laws and applications of legal compliance issues in the workplace
- Maintenance Safety- on-site safety knowledge to prevent problems
- Maintenance Technician Foundational Skills- you will learn Maintenance Technician basic skills and competencies
- Maintenance Technician Level 2 Skills- you will learn the skills necessary to diagnose and repair on-site property issues
System Usage- you will learn how to use company systems routinely used by our maintenance technicians
