Citigroup Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst in Jersey City, New Jersey

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Jersey City, NJ location.

Duties: Design, architect and develop an enterprise fee calculation application to manage expenses. Build Application for trade capture, configure various rate schedules for brokers and exchanges of different financial assets. Develop calculation algorithms and implement using JAVA language. Develop reusable components and services. Collaborate with Business and Operational teams to gather and understand the new requirements and enhancements to existing software modules. Conduct requirement analyses. Perform code reviews, code quality analytics, documentation, unit test coverage inspections, Software Factory Management, Code Check-ins, and Change Management and Deployments. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related field. Six (6) years of experience must include: Performing coding, unit testing and deployment to application servers and databases using skills and tools including IBM UDeploy and Jenkins/TeamCity to manage CI/CD pipeline; Developing calculation algorithms and implementing using JAVA language; Implementing Parallel Programming and Multi-Threading to develop highly responsive applications; Utilizing Web Technologies HTML, CSS, Javascript, Typescript, nodeJS, AngularJS, Spring, Hibernate, XML, XPATH, J2EE, PL/SQL, Messaging Queues JMS, Solace and Desktop applications Eclipse, Squirrel SQL, Netezza database; Performing Root Cause Analysis, identifying issues and defining solutions for critical Technical Production Issues; Performing debugging to identify and resolve issues; Building Use-Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, High Level Documents, System Architecture Diagrams, System Integration Strategies, Business Solutions Proposal; and Utilizing Agile Implementation and Sprint Planning using skills and tools including JIRA, Bitbucket, and Git. 40 hrs./wk.
