Genesis10 is currently seeking an It Project Manager with our client in the financial industry located in Jersey City, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for the development, improvement, and execution of processes in support of the Core Technology and Infrastructure (CTI) Restoral Services team objective within or across lines of business
- Focus is on long-term strategic goals
- Ensures full integration of all process and linkage to best practices
- Accountable for the achievement of breakthrough productivity, customer satisfaction and continuous process improvements
- Works closely with the business executive or deployment champions
- Create and manage project plans including interdependencies
- Plans and coordinates project deliverables
- Responsible for communicating and navigating across delivery teams, senior leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders and managing the necessary forums and steering groups to support the work
- Plans, organizes, monitors, and controls project
- Facilitates discussions to identify and manage risks and remove roadblocks.
- Provides transparency through the identification and management of interdependencies, issues, and risks
Requirements:- 10+ years of technical process project and/or program/change management
- PMP Certification
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience with Enterprise Change Standards
- Highly organized, ability to simultaneously prioritize tasks and handle numerous time-sensitive issues
- Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives, driving timely decisions, and manage tasks across a matrix project team
- Proven ability to provide transparent communication to various levels of partners: stakeholders, executives, and project team
- Strong communicator, ability to concisely communicate and understand complex information to drive accurate requirements
- Results oriented, independently driven, self-motivated, able to prioritize workload to align with business objectives
- Proven ability to self-serve
- Proven ability to motivate a project team to deliver results
- Experience with Agile and Hybrid development methodology
- Ability to manage large, complex technical change project/programs
- Expertise with Enterprise Change Standards and tools
- Ability to serve as a subject-matter expert or consultant for project management
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present results with managers, peers and business executives on deliverables, timelines and support needed
- Ability to Program/Project Manage across multiple lines of business with cross-functional implications
- Ability to translate requirements into executable plans
- Ability to identify and report risks and issues without hesitation to leadership
Desired skills:- Experience in JIRA/Confluence
Pay Range: $55.15 - $63.15
