Job Summary:
We are seeking a well-rounded and motivated ServiceNow Platform and Integration Developer to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow technical expert, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow ITSM capabilities and contributing towards transformation of IT Service Management platform while supporting current state. Candidate must have a strong functional and technical understanding of ServiceNow's IT Service Management (ITSM) platform. This individual needs to have a solution-driven mindset to best work through the deliverables around the needs of the organization. Excellent communication and documentation skills are extremely important. This is a key member of ServiceNow Platform Delivery and Services team.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the technical subject-matter-expert for ServiceNow platform integrations, Discovery and CMDB
Design, develop, implement and support integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using APIs, web services, IntegrationHub and middleware technologies
Design, configure, implement, and maintain ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery of both On-Premises and Cloud resources (AWS & Azure)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define and implement integration solutions to meet the business needs
Provide technical stewardship and play a key role in the transformation of IT Service Delivery while supporting current state.
Analyze existing processes and integrations, identifying areas for improvement, consolidation, and enhancements
Engage in day-to-day operational support and continuous capability improvement
Engage in on call support as needed
Maintain adequate process, operational documentation and reporting
Required Skillset/Experience:
5-8 years of solid experience with the administration, configuration, maintenance, integration, and upgrade of the ServiceNow platform
4+ years of experience with ServiceNow development with a focus on integrations
Understanding of ServiceNow data model, tables and relationships
Extensive experience with ServiceNow integration solutions including: ServiceNow API's, SSO, SAML, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST and SOAP
Experience developing ServiceNow APIs, ServiceNow Workflows, Flow Designer, UI Pages, UI Macros, Business Scripts, Client Scripts, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Policies, Script Includes, Security Rules
Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, Angular.js, Perl, Powershell
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub for rapid integration development and automation
Knowledge of ServiceNow orchestration for automating IT processes
Solid understanding of data mapping, transformation and synchronization techniques
Experience implementing REST API integration with third party tools and cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure
Good functional and technical understanding and implementation experience with ServiceNow ITOM discovery and CMDB
Good knowledge and experience with ServiceNow CSDM framework
Ability to create custom reports, dashboards and visualizations
Familiarity with ServiceNow Performance Analytics
Experience with backend SQL Server development is preferred
Strong problem-solving skills, communication and collaboration skills

Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a closely-related discipline, or an equivalent combination of formal education and experience

The typical base pay range for this role is between $107K - $133K depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may also be eligible for certain discretionary performance-based bonus and/or incentive compensation.
