Workplace Technology Solutions is responsible for ensuring an excellent client and employee experience. We deliver and support technology across +70M square feet of Corporate and Retail locations across the globe and are centered around the voice of the customer and operational excellence. Our focus is to drive an integrated, frictionless end-to-end workplace experience.
The ideal candidate for the Workplace Technology Product Manager role will devise the workplace technology strategy and drive world-class solutions through engagements with key LOB & GRE stakeholders and technology product teams. They need to have a clear understanding of workplace technology products, services & channels and create cohesion across Architects, Interior Designers, space planning experts and technologists to enable a unified, seamless outcome to our end-users. The candidate must demonstrate customer-centric and forward thinking to drive a purpose-driven workplace, with a keen focus on gathering and utilizing data to inform solutioning. This leader will help maximize business value by assuring alignment across Global Technology/Experience Design, GTI and GRE leadership and program teams.
Work closely with the Product Line General Manager to develop the strategic vision and direction for the Workplace Technology Corporate and Retail Products.
At the Product Line level work as a leadership triad with Architecture/Engineering and Experience Leads who provide technical expertise and drive customer requirements.
Act as the voice of the customer and be accountable for the overall health and value delivered by the Product.
Domain expert in the Workplace Technology Product area who is passionate about the customers they serve.
Synthesize market trends, customer needs and firmwide strategic goals into a vision and roadmap for the Workplace Technology Products.

Shaping a vision for the Product's growth that engages business & technology and feeds into the business strategy.
Building a clearly understood Product roadmap that reflects customers desires and captures the imagination of the business and technology.
Working collaboratively with Architect, Engineering and Experience Leads to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations excellence.
Promoting and leading a culture of innovation and experimentation, with the freedom to iterate and develop ideas, both within the value stream and across the wider organization.
Securing investment and resources to continue Product development and growth.
Proactive sharing of knowledge to drive technology learning, understanding and appreciation across the business.
