Job Description:
Its duties include controlling and supervising the movement of employees and vehicles, their records. It also includes inclusion in the system and keeping records. Cooperation with the EHS manager and other production sectors, cooperation with the finance department on agreed operations. Supervision of the condition of used premises and buildings. Compliance with the company's operational and internal rules.
Job Requirements:
Complete reception agenda as – managing incoming & outcoming employees and visitors, phone calls, records & mail,
Entering new suppliers into the system, updating data in employee lists
Operation of services for employees (e.g. check-in/check-out of lunches, key issuance)
Planning and managing employees' medical checks
Occasionally assistance/support for company's production activities
