Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development, specializing in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations.
- Expert in developing and integrating Salesforce solutions by adhering to industry standards, best practices, and ensuring maintainability for future business needs. components
- Skilled in designing, developing, and deploying Apex classes, triggers, test methods, and Lightning web to meet business requirements.
- Proficient in clearly articulating the advantages and disadvantages of various approaches to achieving optimal solutions.
- Extensive experience in building integrations between Salesforce and external platforms using Apex REST APIs, ETL tools, and other integration methods.
- Adept at debugging LWC components and reviewing code developed by peers to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including the analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation of business and technical IT solutions.
- Develops and implements solutions based on core technologies (Developer (Core)) and custom off-the-shelf systems (COTS), including niche technologies like e-commerce systems.
- Leads design, development, and support efforts for complex IT solutions, ensuring that business requirements are met across multiple platforms and technologies.
- Collaborates with customers to understand business needs and technical environments, ensuring the best possible solutions.
- Develops project scopes, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring clear communication of implementation milestones.
- Research recommends, and implements new technologies, tools, and processes to improve development practices.
- Troubleshoots and resolves business and technical challenges, applying specialized knowledge in areas like assembly/integration, cross-functional systems, and industry-specific expertise.
- Assists in defining and proposing alternative solutions to business problems, leveraging best practices and current technological trends.
