Insight Global Site Operations Manager in Johnston, Rhode Island

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Site Operations Manager for a long-term contract opportunity that sits 100% onsite in Johnston, RI. The Site Operations Manager will be responsible for working onsite and providing in-person printer/network support to clients on a daily basis. They will serve at the primary point of contact onsite for the customer and work closely with internal operations and project teams during implementation/deployment of new print technology. This individual monitors service levels, performs end-user training, manages internal support processes, and works closely with the operations team during implementation and deployment of print technology and support services. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, providing technological solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. This is a long-term contract opportunity that will likely get extended but could potentially convert permanent after the first 24 months.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of experience providing technical support to clients, or high-level end users

5+ years of printer support or troubleshooting experience

Microsoft Excel Experience (V-Lookups, Pivot Tables)

Strong knowledge of network management, software driver installations, IP Protocols, and basic network protocols (SNMP) ServiceNow, D365, or Helix ticketing experience

Experience with MADC tracking, inventory collection, end-user services

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or related fields

Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills

Experience managing multiple projects null
