Our client, a dynamic logistics and administrative services provider, is seeking an Administrative Assistant/Logistics Specialist to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant/Logistics Specialist, you will be part of the operations team supporting various logistical functions. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Assist with administrative tasks and documentation related to logistics.
- Manage labels, specification sheets, and bills of lading.
- Book shipments and handle shipping logistics.
- Maintain organized filing systems for easy access to information.
- Collaborate with production floor staff and adapt to various personalities.
What's Needed?
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Willingness to learn about logistics if unfamiliar with the field.
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
