Position Specific Description

We are currently looking for a Business Transformation Analyst to join our HR Strategic Initiatives Team. In this role you will:
Applies strong interpersonal relations and communications skills to provide internal consulting on operations, performance and customer experience
Uses continuous improvement and process management tools and methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma and Agile
Identifies key areas of performance improvement that will reduce cost, enhance productivity, and/or delight customers
Facilitates cross-functional teams to create process maps and customer journey maps
Designs and optimizes processes with an emphasis on how technologies and humans interface
Partners with IT Reporting to identify key metrics and obtain advanced operational/financial data analytics and statistics consultation in support of performance improvement goals and initiatives
Successfully leads project teams to ensure on time completion of assigned projects within budget
Partner with IT Reporting, Analysts and Human Resources Centers of Excellence to create dashboards and analyze key metrics to assess PI strategies
Provide guidance and consultation when needed, to assure linkage between outcomes of operations, performance and customer experience and value/financial impact
Mentors Lean-Six Sigma yellow candidates through their deliverables
Partners with Human Resources Centers of Excellence to develop project charters; drive results and revise plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements
Provides Human Resources Leadership and other stakeholders with progress reports, including appropriate statistics and key performance metrics
Use communication and teamwork skills to build and maintain successful working relationships within Human Resources and Information Technology along with the other business customers Human Resources supports
Uses mapping software tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io or equivalent
Uses work management tools such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Monday.com or equivalent
Uses tools associated with user experience (UX) or user interface (UI) design

Job Duties & Responsibilities
Coordinates and promotes projects that are cross-functional and specialized in nature, including regulatory issues, customer special needs issues and/or safety issues
Identifies and implements process improvements
Identifies and recommend s programs, products and services
Maintains indicators and reports specific processes
Travels frequently within service territory and occasionally attends meetings and conferences outside service territory
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
