Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman or Process Instrument Control Technician to join our team on a contract basis. As a Process Instrument Control Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing process control instruments and systems to ensure efficient and safe operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve instrument and control system issues
Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of process control instruments
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize instrument and control system
needs
Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
Requirements:
Level 3 or 4 State certificate or Level 1,2 or 3 National certificate in Instrumentation from ISA (International Society of Automation)
Minimum 5 years of experience in process control instrumentation and control systems
Strong knowledge of process control instruments and systems, including transmitters,
controllers, and valves
Experience with instrument calibration and maintenance
Excellent problem-solving
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Priority given to applicants who have:
Knowledge in microprocessor language, such as Hart Protoco
Contract Details:
Contract duration: 2 years
Location: Kalamazoo, MI 49001
Work schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive hourly rate
