<配属部門紹介>

主に国内3Mの工場・研究所等の設備・施設に関して全般的な責任を持ち、主に新規設備投資業務と既存設備の大規模改善業務を行なっております。

海外とのコミュニケーション及び国内外問わず先進的な技術の展開を行っております。

く具体的な職務内容>

日本国内の新規及び老朽化施設 (建築、ボイラー、冷凍機、空調機、圧縮工アー等)の導入更新等に携わっていただきます。

• 施設に関する、要求仕様の取り纏め

• 外部設計施工業者からの見積もり取得

• 稟議書作成予算取り

• 予算・納期・品質・安全等の施工管理

• 社内使用部門への引渡しと運用・保全のサポート

※当初は国内プロジェクトかメインとなりますが、将来海外(アジア)プロジェクトに関わる可能性もあります。

く経験・スキル >

・英語スキル

TOEI スコア 600 点以上、またはそれと同等の英語スキル

・工場施設新現導入業務でのご経験

( 工場での施設導入担当のご経験または、ゼネコン等で設計、施工担当のご経験等 )

※ 5 年以上が望ましい

く歓迎条件 >

・建物、施設、消防法等の資格保有

・建築系または機械系学科を卒業されている、または同等の知見をお持ちの方
