Summary Description
We are currently looking for aSenior Deposit Relationship Managerto
join our Fintech (BaaS) team.
This role will report to the Deposit Partnerships Manager, VP, and be
responsible for maintaining strategic partnerships and sales initiatives
for our Fintech (Baas) team.
This position will work \@Flex (a combination of both in the office and
at home).

What youll do
- Executes a consistent, disciplined sales management process to
actively identify and manage a robust pipeline
- Develops and maintains an in-depth knowledge of products and
services as well as knowledge of competitors and competitive
products
- Employs a disciplined approach to prospecting; documents calling
efforts
- Researches and fully understands competitors strengths/weaknesses
and product offerings/pricing
- Develops strategic relationships with all Key lines of business in
order to effectively refer business and leverage partnerships to
deepen and enrich the client experience
- Develops, monitors, and manages sales initiatives; provides periodic
status reports to management
- [Responsible for profiling the needs of prospects and customers;

- [Assists in responding to customer or prospect inquiries in a timely

- [Contributes expertise in payments and deposit products to internal

- [Works with internal and external stakeholders to develop and

What youll bring
- Bachelors degree preferred (High school diploma or GED required)
- Minimum of 5-7 years of commercial and/or consumer banking
experience; outside sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of Bank products and services
- Knowledge and understanding of current regulations and compliance
laws
Bonus Points
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) or Accredited Payments Risk
Professional (APRP) is a plus
