Description and Requirements
• Primary Responsibilities
–Develop offering marketing strategy and plans for theTruScale Device as a Service (DaaS) portfolio
–Driveproduct positioning strategy fornew and existing solutions, services, and capabilities
–Developand evolve compelling narratives and value propositions
–Global introduction and rollout of offerings (launch and eventual withdrawal)
–Partnerwithproduct development / management onroadmapexecution
–UnderstandDaaS markettrends, customer requirements, usage, and buying behavior, as well as the competitive landscape – be the voice of the customer and the market
–Create and maintain sales content, web, assets, materials, and other deliverables
–Execute targetedrevenue-driving programs, campaigns, and marketing activities
–Createand managea Marketingbudgetandagencies
–Educatesales teams and business partner community about portfolio offerings
–Driveevangelizationand amplify thoughtleadership
• Key deliverables
–Comprehensive Offering Marketingandenablementplans
–Compellingvalue props, bold statements, and messaging differentiation (focusedon business outcomes)
–Launch and offeringintroduction
–Ongoingofferingmarketingmanagement
–Track, measure, and report on marketing activities and programs (ROI)
• Position Requirements
–10+ of direct Product Marketing / Marketing experience for a range of Digital Workplace Solutions; experience with technology services, as-a-Service business models, or solutions tob2bcustomers is highly desirable
–8+ years cross-functional team management (project management is a plus)
–Proven experience launching new offerings and managing through the lifecycle
–Entrepreneurialmindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and thrive in challenging situations
–Strong presentation and storytelling skills, and a strong public speaker
–Strong writing, content development and editing skills with the ability to communicate simply and authentically
–Degree level qualification in marketing, business studies orequivalent
