We are seeking a skilled and dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Kaunas Lithuania. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and supporting our organization's technology infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and providing excellent customer service to our employees.
Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and network systems
Respond to and resolve IT support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks
Perform regular system updates and security patches to maintain optimal performance
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems
Provide technical support and training to end-users on various software applications
Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, procedures, and inventory
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve overall system efficiency
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security protocols
Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed
Salary range: 3000 - 3700 gross eur.
Associate's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+) (preferred)
Proven experience in IT support or similar role
Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network systems
Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving IT issues
Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
Understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results
Professional appearance and clean work habits
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift and move computer equipment (up to 50 lbs) when necessary
