Position: Welder/Fabricator
Hours: (7:00am-3:30pm)
Location: Kearny, NJ
Pay: $25-$35
Position Overview :
Proficiency in TIG welding processes for Aluminum and Steel and proficient use of
plasma cutter. Read, interpret, and follow blueprints, illustrations, and
specifications to determine layouts, sequences of operations or identities and
relationships of parts. Use of jigs or fixtures on bench or floor, or clamps
parts together along layout marks. Cut, trim, bend, sand and smooth parts of
prefabricated parts and constructed assemblies.
Job Description :
Support Metal Fabrication needs in all stages as per job specifications and customer requests.
Install and welding of compartments and other parts
Perform tool and equipment mounting
Modify and/or fabrication of parts per job specifications or on demand as needed
Fabrication of custom parts as per specifications
Fabricate parts on demand as required
Construct structural assemblies and install system components
Assemble, install, and connect parts
Fabricate parts needed for assembly and installation
Support Metal Processing department as needed
