Job Description Pay Rate: $20.75 per hour. Oversee standard operating procedures. Organize and ensure that the department is staffed and make necessary adjustments as needed. Instruct, direct and assist hourly employees as needed. Complete appropriate paperwork neatly and accurately. The employee is regularly required to sit; frequently walk and stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee may frequently lift and /or move up to 15 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Qualifications Must be able to work as an effective team member. Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment. Must be able to stand for entire shift. Must be able to work consistently at a fast pace. Must be able to kneel, bend and stoop. Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs on a regular basis. Must have good leadership and interpersonal skills, self motivated. Must be able to read and understand written instructions and communicateverbally in English with management and hourly employees. Must be able to work safely and set an example of safe working habits for his/her coworkers. Must be able to give instructions and follow-up with hourly employees. Must be able to complete reports as required by position. Must have good employment record. Must be able to work overtime. Must be able to drive a forklift/pallet jack and have/or obtain a Foster Farms Safety License. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
