Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Provide Daily Support to Project manager and Field Crews
• Independently work to create reports, job #’s, purchase orders.
• Create and submit per diem and travels requests as needed for jobs.
• Tracking timesheets, Purchase orders and rentals.
• Communicate with customers daily and Weekly on status and potential schedules
• Create quote numbers, summaries and letters based on Project managers direction
• Create job #’s and job folders for field crews as needed
• Assist in Billing and Financials with Project manager and Billing Department
• Maintain and Provide boiler inventory lists and tax reports to controller
• Work in Tandem with Service tech’s / foreman to create Combustion reports to send to customers.
• Maintain training records and equipment calibrations and re-certifications dates.
• Create and maintain an inventory database for parts and tubes. Work in Tandem with Project manager.
• Perform Customer promos, communication and special event planning
• Work in Tandem with Corporate License holder for specific permits needed on a project by project basis
