Snap-on is looking to hire a full time Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership in the Repair Systems & Information division, located within Snap-on's Corporate offices at 2801 80th Street, Kenosha, Wisconsin. This Executive Assistant role provides a wide range of administrative support, primarily for the Senior Vice President & President for Snap-on's Repair Systems & Information business unit. This role also supports two additional Management Team members, all of whom are located at the Kenosha headquarters. This administrative support includes: telephone and email management, travel arrangements, managing calendars and scheduling/preparing for meetings. Working with Snap-on has Benefits! Consult with the SVP&P and the MT in determining appropriate course of action, referral, or response * Answer, screen and direct calls to appropriate Executives and other parties for the SVP&P * Planning and preparation for events and meetin gs.
