forecasting, demand management, and purchasing for both domestic and
international suppliers for assigned product groups. This role ensures
optimal inventory levels and efficient supply chain operations by
overseeing forecasting, inventory planning, and purchasing. The manager
will drive key initiatives to support corporate service level and
inventory turn objectives while collaborating with both internal teams
and external suppliers. * Manage Demand Planning - Develop, adjust, and
oversee demand forecasts for both promotional demand and standard
demand. Collaborating with product, sales, and promotional teams. *
Coordinate Promotional Planning - Work with internal teams and suppliers
to assess promotional demand, load requirements and ensure suppliers can
meet delivery requirements. * Optimize Inventory & Replenishment -
Establish and maintain replenishment parameters, including lead times,
order quantities, and safety stock levels, to balance service levels and
inventory turns. * Issue & Manage Purchase Orders - Oversee the release
of planned and firm purchase orders to assigned suppliers, ensuring
timely execution and alignment with demand plans. * Monitor & Improve
Performance - Track inventory and service level metrics, identify
performance gaps, report exceptions, and implement corrective actions to
optimize supply chain efficiency. * Lead & Develop Team - Supervise,
coach, and develop a team of planners/buyers. Qualifications
