Mechanical/Electrical Group Lead Job Purpose: With the manager\'s guidance, the Manufacturing Team Lead provides day-today guidance and support to a group of Manufacturing Assemblers/Testers/Operators.He/she takes responsibility for the coordination of activities within the assigned area and ensures a smooth flow of production to meet schedules, ensuring effective use of people and equipment.The Manufacturing Team Lead participates in the group\'s work by coordinating and advising others and/or by helping out where needed toensure the achievement of expected productivity goals.
