JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is onsite at the Corporate Headquarters located in Kenosha, WI. Preferred Skills: * Coordinate software programming activities in tandem with other software development team members. * Conduct application monitoring and performance tuning * Design, develop, implement, test, and main tain complete life cycle of IT applications * Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines * Perform project management roles * Supporting and implementing technology projects as a facilitator and technical knowledge expert * Document Standard Operating Procedures for routine data management tasks * Analyze and determine root cause of issues. Implement short- and long-term resolutions * Help identify issues, lead peers to decisions and prepare solutions for short and long term * Interface with internal I/T teams to achieve key objectives * Demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions * Exercise independent judgment in developing methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results * Use skills with a full understanding of the industry best practices and established policies and procedures * Contributes to defining compliance and control requirements and documentation * Excellent verbal an d writ ten communication skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills If we are interested in moving forward with your candidacy, you may receive an email invitation from Spark Hire, or from a Snap-on representative, for a one-way video interview.
