job As an integral member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in
growing profitable sales for our hygienic pump range. You will have the
opportunity to tailor solutions to customer demand, optimizing their
processes, and be a resource for technical problem solving and
troubleshooting, contributing to the overall success and growth of our
organization. Currently, this is a hybrid opportunity located in
Kenosha, WI As a part of the team, you will: Clarify and evaluate
customer needs Configure and quote effective pump solutions across
multiple industries Follow up on quotes Trouble shoot application and
technical problems Evaluate and provide technical support for warranty
claims Provide technical training, internally and to customers/channels

know: You have an associate degree or B.S. in an Engineering or
Engineering Technology discipline or equivalent industry experience,
and: Proven mechanical aptitude Strong commercial orientation Ability to
synthesize technical information from multiple sources Experience with
technical problem solving and troubleshooting Must have a positive
customer-focused approach Strong PC skills including, Excel and CRM
software Experience with the practical application of fluid handling
equipment - pumps, valves, fittings, heat exchangers or related
products, helpful Experience with dairy, food, beverage, pharmaceutical,
personal care industries or suppliers, helpful CAD knowledge or
experience a plus Knowledge or experience with Rheology, Metallurgy,
