Develops implements and coordinates policies and programs covering the following: employment, labor relations, wage and salary administration, orientation and training, placement, benefits and employee services.
Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
Develops and aids in the implementation of human resources policies and procedures and their dissemination through employee booklets, communications, and/or meetings.
Ensures conformance with legislated requirements or organization needs.
Investigates complaints of harassment and sexual harassment.
Keeps abreast of legislation affecting human resources; trains management and monitors company policies to ensure compliance.
Provide coaching and resources to employees and managers with respect to career development, compensation, staffing initiatives, performance management and employee relations in order to ensure a consistent and fair approach.
Assist in the development and implementation of programs that will drive increased employee satisfaction and commitment levels.
Monitor and review the performance appraisal process and continually develop as necessary, ensuring that annual appraisals are carried out in a timely manner.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts or Associates Degree with a focus on Human Resources.
Minimum of 5 years working experience in a union or non union environment supporting multiple locations and business units.
Preferred Requirements:
Professional designation or MBA preferred.
Job Compensation
$92,010.32 - $138,015.48
