This unique posting is for a VT District Manager to manage all areas of operation in Vermont.
This position involves overseeing Valet, Parking Management, and Shuttle operations at several facilities. It is a fast paced position, and no two days are the same.
In Vermont we currently provide services at 3 facilities. These are busier during peak ski season times, but 2 of the 3 operate year-round. The District Manager will be responsible for assisting not just in current operations, but also work to actively seek out new business opportunities to expand our services in this State.
Current operations are at Mount Snow, Killington, and Sugarbush.
This is a full-time position. Normal hours for this role will vary week to week. In the peak season, working Thursday through Monday will be the typical schedule.
This position will involve HR duties, including interviewing, training and disciplinary action. Other administrative duties are expected as well.
The VT District Manager must meet all the required criteria of the Valet Attendant Position and be willing and able to obtain a DOT Medical Card to cover shuttle shifts as needed.
Pay will be based on experience. We expect this to be a salaried position.

Qualifications Required
Management or Leadership experience
More than 2 years in direct customer service
Basic computer proficiency
Own reliable transportation
Demonstrated ability to make smart decisions in stressful situations
Essential functions and responsibilities:
Oversee Valet Parking, Parking Management and Shuttle operations
Assist in the management of shuttle operations and drivers
Monitoring and management of employees' daily activities
Handle cash and credit card reporting as needed
Enforcing company policy and ensuring drivers are following laws
Reviewing cameras and assisting with the initial processing of claims
Assist fellow Management with daily administrative duties
Ensure proper staffing based on callouts and scheduling
