Job Description:
In this role Aircraft Manager will work with the Procurement Operation (PO) department, develops service providers to anticipate structural Service Provider issues, resolution and secure the supply chain delivery targets for steep production ramp up.
Key Responsibilities:
End to End Supply Chain process management with coordinated Procurement Officers and Service Provider Development teams to accelerate on time/ on quality delivery of Service Providers
Abide by to Supply Chain management defined standards across all commodities
Provide resolutions tof supply chain deviations, improving the empowerment of the teams in the plant
Resport issues to MFTs and / or Programmes for all other deviations
Report issues to the P Community Leaders to mobilize experts on recovery plans
Attention to Service Provider deviations against contract standards and provide insights for counter claims
Responsible for both the ""Supply Process” and the ""Control suppliers"" process, actively contributing to the definition of the standard (including process definition, change management, support and mentoring).
Leads the trans PO projects by harmonizing and standardizing processes supported by adequate information systems, methods, skills and training.
Monitors and reports supply chain performances.
Contain issues and business impacts
Provide resolutions to the problems
Accelerate deliveries and reduce missing parts
Quickly fix quality issues
Sustain improvements and performances
Required Skills
Engineering degree
Experience in Supply Chain, FAL, Manuf Eng or Quality
At least 7 years experience in the domain
strong communication and interpersonal relations skills
strong ability to manage your priorities and overcome setbacks
Mastering the techniques of industrial engineering lean
High level of initiative, are autonomous, innovator and practical
Good knowledge of diagnostic tools such as VSM, material flow analysis, capacity analysis, etc.
Ability to develop comprehensive industrial engineering strategies.
