Job Description
You will work closely with customers to remediate their highest priority gaps and evaluate their business processes, IT controls, and identify areas of risk for management. This involves understanding client business requirements, mapping them to NetSuite, and supporting their configuration process. You will lead the identification and documentation of customer's NetSuite value gaps, follow essential internal business processes, and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will increase your product knowledge and pursue relevant certifications.
The role requires heavy interaction with customers and NetSuite teams, providing subject matter expertise and consulting services to our strategic and challenging customers. As part of the Shared Resource Team (SRT), we foster professional development and a culture of collaboration, inclusiveness, and community. You'll join a team that assists customers in improving their adoption of NetSuite, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in external consulting or similar internal project experience, demonstrating leadership and execution skills.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, with a focus on Accounting, Supply Chain, Management Information Systems, or similar.
NetSuite Knowledge: Prior experience with NetSuite or similar cloud-based ERP solutions is advantageous.
Industry Experience: Domain knowledge in NetSuite's vertical markets (Consumer Products, Warehouse Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail) is a plus.
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities. Adaptability to various client needs and a proactive mindset.

Understand and map customer business requirements to NetSuite solutions, ensuring a seamless transition.
Lead the identification and documentation of customer challenges and value gaps.

Architect complex solutions, involving configuration, integration, and technical components, in partnership with the Technical Services team.
Collaborate with various internal teams, including Account Managers, Point-of-Sale, Commerce, and more, to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on IT trends and identify process enhancements.
Perform quality reviews and ensure customer success throughout the engagement.

CA: Hiring Range in CAD from: $50,600 to $110,500 per annum.
US: Hiring Range in USD from $21.49 to $54.13 per hour; from: $44,700 to $112,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
