Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Conduct routine and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance and prevent breakdowns. Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Diagnose mechanical, low voltage electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues, and perform necessary repairs. Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance. Navigate, maintain, and improve Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) processes. Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues and improve overall efficiency. Conduct all work in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and processes.
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on machinery and equipment.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, low voltage electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues .
Assist in the installation and setup of new machinery and equipment.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
Navigate, maintain, and improve CMMS processes.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to identify and resolve equipment-related issues.
Conduct all work in accordance with lean manufacturing principles and processes.
Essential Skills
Troubleshooting mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Experience with gearboxes, bearings, and chain-driven conveyors.
Electrical troubleshooting , including low voltage 24v systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $60320.00/yr.
