Registered Nurses Needed For a At Home Patient Program! Here at Brightstar Care we have a program called Medically Home, we are in need of nurses for this program who are dedicated to helping someone reacclimate into their home lives. You will be responsible for the following: * Arriving on time for the set appointment. * Must be able to use a tablet for communication. * Must be able to communicate well to the medically home team. * Must be able to identify any issues the patient may be having with or without the patient communicating it to you. * Must have reliable transportation (you will be traveling from client to client) * Must have automobile insurance * Must have active Rn license * Must have CPR This is a 7 day a week program and you can pick the days that you want to work and the hours will very for start times everyday, depending on what the client wants/needs. There will be two nurses for the position so no one will have to work 7 days.
