The Supplier Risk Management Team in Krakow is part of a broader Global Sourcing Organization. We are seeking an individual interested in gaining experience in managing supplier insurance in the US and Canada to ensure a high level of compliance with International Paper’s requirements. You will
Prepare supplier communication regarding obligatory insurance provided to International Paper
Participate in insurance negotiations between suppliers and purchasing/sourcing personnel
Collaborate with Legal and Risk Management departments to provide purchasing personnel with supplier insurance consultancy
Help in reviewing IP contracts with suppliers and supporting IP buyers with guidelines regarding U.S. insurance requirements
Execute administration activities associated with dedicated suppliers, ensuring accuracy of our system (EBIX) - update contacts, status reports, exceptions documentation, and all needed data maintenance
You have
Availability to work at least 20 hours per week
Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate and collaborate with all levels of our organization and with external partners
Solid administrative skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work in a team
Status of a student or a graduate willing to gain experience
