From delivering an outstanding onboarding experience for new colleagues, to ensuring our people get the answers to what they need when they need it, you will have a huge impact on the day-to-day experiences of our candidates and employees.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Provide support, advice and guidance on any People Operations related queries and self-manage your service delivery to ensure that SLAs and satisfaction is exceeded across all global Pega locations.

  • Ensure a seamless candidate onboarding process.

  • Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service-oriented interactions with global candidates, hiring managers and other stakeholders.

  • Maintaining records of personnel-related data with high level of accuracy and ensure all employment requirements are met.

  • Identify and lead on improvements and efficiencies that will create an outstanding and digital experience for our employees.

  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.

  • Assist with and lead ad-hoc projects.

Who You Are:

You are an excellent multi tasker who thrives on juggling multiple assignments simultaneously. You enjoy problem solving and coming up with better ways to get work done. You are highly motivated to provide best-in-class employee experiences! You have:

  • Professional working proficiency in Polish & English,

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (particularly Excel),

  • HR Reporting/Metrics experience preferred,

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle highly sensitive information,

  • Outstanding initiative with very good customer service and interpersonal skills,

  • Strong attention to details,

  • Excellent organizational skills.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience,

  • 1-2 years’ experience in HR,

  • Experience in identifying and leading process optimization through the use of technology,

  • Worked in a corporate office environment in a fast-paced setting,

  • Developed a strong relationship among other administrative professionals and senior management,

  • You have been in a customer service focused role interacting with customers.
