SOCAR MOBILITY MALAYSIA Fleet Maintenance Planner in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

What will you be engaged in?

As our new Fleet Operations Executive (Maintenance Planner), you will be in charge of:

  • Ensure that all Routine Vehicle Maintenances (including Manufacturer Recalls) are scheduled and carried out in a timely manner

  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with new and existing vendors (Maintenance, Repair, etc.)

  • Negotiate and manage Vendor Service Contracts to ensure that vehicles are properly maintained and repaired in accordance with SOCAR's standards

  • Regularly monitor and assess vendors' performance to ensure that jobs are carried out accordingly and completed within the agreed turnaround time

  • Review and improve the process flows (Job Assignments, Approvals, Invoicing, etc.) between the SOCAR Team and the vendors

  • Optimise Maintenance & Repair Costs without compromising on Vehicle Condition and Fleet Downtime

  • Regularly cross-check and update Vehicle Maintenance Records into the Database

  • Lead the team of Fleet Examiners (Fleet Maintenance)

  • Minimum Diploma in Automotive or in relevant field

  • Possess a valid full driving licence

  • Passionate about automobile with moderate knowledge in vehicle maintenance

  • Minimum 2 years experience in the Automotive and/or Operations industry

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office / Google Suite)

  • Motivated team player

  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage

  • Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
