In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation of Global or Area recruiting programs and provide recruiting administration support to the Talent Acquisition Lead. You will provide guidance and interpretation to Avanade's regions and conduct research and analysis as requested and act as a liaison to the human resources and regional teams. Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate strategic thinking and business engagement skills.

You will develop sourcing strategies to meet current and future business needs, using a wide range of creative approaches to find the brightest and the best talent in the industry. As our front line to building a successful business, you are the face of our brand in the market, bringing the Avanade story to life in an authentic and personal way for candidates. You'll make sure our recruiting processes are equitable, efficient and effective, ensuring everything we do complies with EEO guidelines and demonstrates Avanade's culture of innovation and inclusion. Internally, you will provide support and guidance on recruitment matters, and deliver our recruitment performance against plan.

What you'll do:

  • Partner with Hiring Manager to define general candidate requirements (prior experience, needed skills, education, compensation ranges, etc.)

  • Develop sophisticated sourcing strategies and sources qualified candidates, leveraging multiple mediums (e.g., job postings, job fairs, etc.)

  • Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation are following EEO guidelines

  • Deliver appropriate communication / message to candidates and applicants when appropriate; help others do the same

  • Monitor performance and status metrics; communicate status and roadblocks up to recruiting leadership; act as point of escalation; use internal recruiting systems; track progress against plans and adjust as required

  • Contribute to various initiatives and special projects as needed (i.e., instruct interviewer training) with support of Talent Acquisition Leadership

Skills and experiencesss:

  • Expert in strategic recruiting plans, creative sourcing, and candidate experience

  • Excellent presentation, communication, active listening, story-telling skills, and relationship-building skills with colleagues and customers

  • Developed knowledge of the variety of recruiting channels and very proficient with Boolean search strategies

  • Knowledge of Microsoft technologies and solutions, and experience recruiting applicants with "hot" (tech) skills

  • Developed skills in negotiation, persuasions research

  • Demonstrate understanding of the hiring profiles

  • Familiarity and comfort with high tech and fast paced culture

About you

  • We're looking for someone with a growth mindset

  • 8 -12 years or more experience working as a full life-cycle technical recruiter

  • Experience in a consulting organization, large or small

  • Strong success in hiring within a technology driven company

  • Expertise in recruiting cutting-edge technical environments

  • Experience in Thailand or Indonesia market recruitment with local language will be a plus
