As Avanade’s Recruitment Analyst, you will coordinate and perform the administration components of the recruitment process to support service quality, timeliness, and accuracy, ensuring a smooth recruitment experience.
You will be part of a high performing, geographically spread team servicing a variety of staffing requirements varying from technical roles all the way through shared service corporate function opportunities. Together we do what matters.
What you'll do
Execute and track job postings ensuring they are listed on niche job boards.
Schedule candidate screens and assessment related events as required gaining relevant availabilities and retrieve feedback forms from interviewers
Prepare offer letters and contract packages and coordinate approval routing, distribution, and retention.
Assist with administration of pre-employment check process.
Track employee referrals and coordinate timely referral payout processing.
Process invoices and recruit reimbursements, create purchase orders, and answer inquiries regarding payments.
Track and obtain documentation, data, and forms to support process and compliance requirements.
Skills and experiences:
Previous administration experience
Experience in Talent Acquisition will be highly regarded, however not essential.
Fluent English and Japanese skills are essential
Excellent time management with ability to prioritize tasks and execute with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in navigating different IT systems (i.e.. Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint and recruitment systems etc.)
Proven ability to build and manage relationships with colleagues and customers
