Our People & Organization team is looking for a motivated HR Generalist to support the business functions.
Your new role - challenging and future oriented:
Administration of personnel data ( 50 employees)
Employment relations
Vacations administrations
Cooperation with Leasing company
Personnel data base (Afina and corporate data bases)
Support of Learning and recruiting processes
Your qualifications – solid and appropriate:
Experience in a similar position (3-5 year minimum)
Higher professional education in a relevant field
Digital literacy, incl. skills with Office 365 (in particular Excel, Word advanced user)
Knowledge of English (at least intermediate)
