The Digital Industry Business is looking for a motivated Logistics Specialist , who will be responsible for coordinating logistics functions in Ukraine as an integral part of the company's operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and coordinating the delivery of goods to external and internal customers across the territory of Ukraine.

  • Analyzing delivery and payment conditions of orders before shipment; initiating Additional Agreements for changing delivery conditions if necessary.

  • Monitoring and preparing necessary documentation for order shipments (delivery notes, invoices, other accompanying documents, and TTN if necessary).

  • Informing customers about the readiness and conditions for receiving orders.

  • Consulting and corresponding with customers, colleagues, and warehouse staff on logistics matters.

  • Monitoring the sending and signing of waybills in paper and electronic form by customers, working with SOTA or other platforms.

  • Conducting sales transactions in SAP.

  • Ensuring proper management and archiving of documentation in electronic form and paper form.

  • Collecting and providing copies of shipping documentation upon requests from auditing companies or other authorities under the management's instructions.

  • Communication with warehouse staff (informing the warehouse about the assembly and shipment conditions of orders, registering shipment logs for the current day).

  • Resolving issues with sorting and shortages with customers and warehouse staff.

  • Communication with transportation carriers (Nova Poshta, DSV, and others if necessary).

Candidate Requirements:

  • Higher education (logistics, finance/economics).

  • Work experience in a similar or related position for at least 1 year.

  • Basic knowledge of B2B logistics processes, skills in working with primary documentation, data systematization and processing.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Preferably experience working with SAP, SOTA.

  • Strong analytical skills, responsibility, ability to maintain focus regardless of external factors, diligence, ability to effectively communicate complex matters, quick learning ability.

  • Ability to complete tasks within deadlines and priorities.

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

  • Fluent in written and spoken Ukrainian, English language proficiency at level A2.
