We are seeking a Boutique Hotel Services Attendant to become a part of our team! You will accommodate patrons, as well as identify areas of improvement to increase efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Register and assign rooms to guests
- Confirm phone and online reservations
- Checks guests in
- Answers incoming calls and responds accordingly
- Respond to guest needs, requests, and complaints
- Creates, modifies, and cancels guest reservations per guest requests while adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Processes guest payments
- Keep records of occupied rooms and guests
- Communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
- Responds to guest requests and in doing so provides exceptional customer service to all guests and visitors of the hotel, cleaning of guest rooms - Making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and while performing these duties, adheres to company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Maintains overall hotel cleanliness
- Wash/dry/put away, bed linens and guest towels
- Replenish guest amenities - Towels, Shampoos, Conditioners, Soaps, Coffee, Teas, etc.
- Removes trash from rooms and the facility
- Stocks cleaning cart as needed and maintains the utility/laundry room and front desk area
- Reports all maintenance and low inventory issues to management
- Reports any left guest items to management immediately
- Compliance with all safety and security policies and procedures
- Performs duties as assigned by management
?Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, front desk service, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with guests
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Background or work related experience in hospitality/customer service is preferred but not
required. Willing to train the right individual.
