coordination and supervision of remodeling projects, maintenance
activities and day to day facility related needs. Provides overall
project direction and leadership as assigned by the Director of
Facilities. Supervise facilities maintenance technicians and HVAC
maintenance technicians. Manage contracted services including
corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance for building/site
related systems. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum
Qualifications: Associates degree required in related field OR Education
combined with appropriate occupation experience in related field
totaling 3.5 years (7,000 hrs) OR Related occupational experience
totaling 3.5 yrs (7,000 hrs) Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor\'s
